Jamestown Cidery

An Orchard is Born!

With the help of friends and family we planted 72 apple trees this past April on the old family homestead in Centralia officially starting the Jamestown Cidery.  Over the next 4 or 5 years we will be watching over our tiny trees as they get taller and set apples. Our plan is to turn these apples into the best hard apple cider you’ve ever had!

Going home to visit in May we were thrilled to see our little trees were all waking up from being dormant and showing signs of life.  Little green leaves never made anyone happier than us!

We planted 8 different varieties of apples, mostly European Cider cultivars. We have Wickson Crab, Muscat de Venus, Brown Snout, Dabinett, Foxwhelp, Harry Masters Jersey, Kingston Black and Sweet Alford.
